If you are suffering from the accumulation of excess fat and experiencing effects like high blood pressure, then it might be time to go on a diet. This body shape is obviously exclusive to women only. Women who carry extra fat around the hips, and a tummy bulge just under the navel are considered to have this type. Dairy products are usually the cravings for these people, and a their diet recommends a good portion of cruciferous vegetables. These veggies are antiestrogenic. This means they counteract the effects of excess estrogen levels. Protein from hormone-free meat are also advisable for this particular body type diet, along with light and intense exercise.

The Thyroid Type
Evidence of having this type of body is an even distribution of mass all over the body, and a craving for sweets. Individual may likely be suffering from depression. Brittle nails and dry hair are also signs of a thyroid type. The diet for this body should consist of iodine-rich vegetables, complimented with intense but short-duration exercise.

The Liver Type
Liver type bodies are caused by a malfunctioning liver. Usually, these people suffer from dandruff and jaundice, and are irritable in the morning. A good body type diet for liver type bodies should include potassium-rich foods, and a good dose of fish and eggs to replace the fat with protein. As for an exercise routine, intense but short workouts will compliment this body type diet.

Your body type diet will allow you to control weight effectively, as it targets the specific hormonal imbalances that control your metabolism. However, a person must commit to such a regimen of their body type diet with proper exercise to achieve the best results.
